NaFFAA Region V is again proud to present the annual consular services since 2006.

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco is pleased to announce that it will provide consular services here in Colorado.

Services to be offered are:

  • Philippine passport application
  • Legalization of documents (affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, other legal instruments)
  • Civil Registry (reports of births, marriages and deaths)
  • Dual Citizenship application

Please be aware that all services are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If time permits, any walk-ins will be served after those with appointments.

The Philippine Consulate will only accept CASH, MONEY ORDER, BANK DRAFTS or CASHIER’S CHECKS (made payable to the Philippine Consulate General).
