Annual Philippine Consulate Outreach 2016 

NaFFAA Region V is again proud to present the annual consular services since 2006.  This year’s sponsoring partner is Crosswind Community Church. Past sponsoring partner organizations were: FACC, PASCO, FACSC, and Crosswind Church.

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco is pleased to announce that it will provide consular services here in Colorado.

Services to be offered are:

  • Philippine passport application
  • Legalization of documents (affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, other legal instruments)
  • Civil Registry (reports of births, marriages and deaths)
  • Dual Citizenship application

The Philippine Consulate will only accept CASH, MONEY ORDER, BANK DRAFTS or CASHIER’S CHECKS (made payable to the Philippine Consulate General).
